Nexo, a digital assets wealth management platform, has rolled out an AI Assistant, a chat-based feature integrated into its app.
With the launch, Nexo is among the first players in the sector to offer a conversational interface that combines market intelligence, account-specific insights, and product access.
The assistant provides real-time responses to user queries on cryptocurrency prices, trading trends, interest earned, and market developments.
According to the company, the tool does not require personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers, aiming to safeguard user privacy.
The feature aggregates information from multiple sources, including Nexo’s internal product and account data, live crypto market feeds, its Help Centre, and external resources such as Investopedia.
The AI Assistant is embedded across most screens within the app and can be accessed via a sliding notch on iOS or through the Nexo logo on Android.
What makes the AI Assistant stand out?
Nexo said the assistant differs from most AI tools in the sector, which are often limited to predefined support queries or static knowledge bases.
The company highlighted that its tool can respond to personalised questions about a client’s portfolio in real time, offering details such as accumulated interest on specific assets, total interest earned across holdings, recent transactions, and broader market trends.
The responses also integrate contextual information, including loyalty tier, APY rates, and direct links to relevant features within the app.
The AI Assistant is currently in public beta. Nexo said it is gathering user feedback to refine the service, expand functionality, and inform future updates.
The launch builds on Nexo’s broader push into AI-driven tools, following the introduction of its AI News Summary feature, which provides concise daily updates on key developments in the crypto market through app notifications.
According to the company, the AI Assistant is intended to demonstrate how wealth platforms may integrate advanced intelligence with a user-friendly design to streamline access to digital assets.
As the feature remains in beta, Nexo said it plans to expand its capabilities over time, with future updates expected to include multi-turn conversations and more personalised functionality.
